Five stars for service! Lynn did a terrific job helping me sell my mother's condo. She promptly provided comps, gave me a realistic assessment of value and personally arranged for a great stager to help set the right tone! The property sold quickly and for a fair price. She told me where we could/couldn't negotiate and had good suggestions. She advised me along the way about what to expect and how long it would take. She did a lot of legwork getting questions answered, working out small details and taking care of the little touches that count. Due to her keeping everyone communicating well, the closing went smoothly and on time. A happy real estate experience!
