Lynn has been practicing real estate since 1989. She brings an abundance of marketing experience to any bargaining table.
Lynn is committed to her real estate career. She not only has her broker license, but has also received the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation.
Lynn, like many real estate professionals, became involved in real estate after other successful business endeavors. Her background includes that of regional sales manager for a national clothing company - supervising 35 stores in 8 states.
Lynn has received special achievement awards in 1995 and 2000 for positive contribution to team success and exemplifying the best qualities of a real estate professional.
Lynn often coordinates Windermere Community projects for her office including Community Service Day, adoption of families at Christmas, other projects and fundraisers. She is currently a foundation representative for Windermere's "Eastside" offices.
Lynn was Co-Chair for Windermere Eastside first charity auction which raised $150,000 for Homeless and Children's issues in 2000. She has been active in various aspects of the auction in following years, as well.
